Dispatch timelines quoted (including same-day/24-hour dispatch for ready stock) are estimates and depend on carrier performance (V-Trans, TCI, Safexpress, Blue Dart, or other partners) and factors outside RKIC's control. RKIC is not liable for delays caused by the courier/logistics partner, customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Products supplied by RKIC carry the original manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, and RKIC will assist in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer.
