Ignitors are the most versatile devices to ignite oil and gas burners. They work on the principle of producing low energy spark between two electrodes by passing a high voltage (5 KV to 14.5 KV) current of few mili amperes, for igniting oil / gas. They are easily adapted to automation and electronic control and work without supervision.

Spark Rod & Flame Rod:
Spark Rods & Flame Rods are used in different types of burners.
Spark Rod is mainly used in IAC Burners and for coal firing boilers. Available in different lengths, varies from 700mm to 900mm length. Length between two insulators can be adjusted using threaded rod.

Pilot Burner:
Pilot Burners are mainly used in annealing furnaces for forging materials, etc. Gas or fuel flow is controlled by nozzle provided. Porting for fuel is given separately. This can give a flame of at least 10 inches long
